International Shipping

We do not have control over customs clearance and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends and holidays):
a) United States: 3–8 business days (tracking available)
b) Other regions worldwide: 3–12 business days (depending on available tracking systems)

Shipping delays – While very rare, deliveries may take longer than expected. Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping times or unforeseen delays during transit, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. In such cases, if tracking information has not been updated for more than 30–60 business days, we will reship your order.

Please note that delays are more likely to occur during the busy holiday season (November–December), promotional periods, or other peak times.

Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and must be added to the total delivery time. Orders typically require 4–6 business days to be fully processed (inspection, packaging, transfer to logistics, and handoff to the postal service).

Once your order has been processed, the carrier will pick up the package. You will receive an email with tracking information, which can also be checked on our website.

Processing delays – In very rare cases, processing may take longer than the estimated time. During holidays, promotions, or other busy periods, processing times may be extended. We always strive to ship as quickly as possible, and we kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already been processed.

If you cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it, a $20 transaction fee will be charged per order.

If we have already notified you that your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
